So I just got back from GDC, got to try out some local diners! Everything in San Fran is overpriced, but the more hole-in-the-wall places have better prices. One of my favorite ones is a knockoff of Mel's called Mal's Dinner. The customer service wasn't the best and the menu was strange, but the food was AMAZING!!!

One of the stranger things that happened was the waiter went off about how people keep "stealing the menus". So, they started a deal they called "give menu, then slash prices", so you get more after you return the menu. Kept winking at me when they said it, it was a little uncomfortable but whatever.

Here's a picture of the menu, you should totally look into this place. Some of the descriptions are a bit cryptic but trust me, it's worth it.
