I put the needs of the team first. My experience with interdisciplinary teams as a level designer puts me in the middle of a web of people. Often times, I plan ahead to make sure where I'm at isn't impeding other people.
I create spaces with a human in mind. I playtest my work frequently, and have learned how to adapt and overcome practical problems. Studying architecture and psychology has helped me in my projects, and has improved my creative process.
My credibility comes from practice and study. I have three years of experience on a variety of teams and game genres. From 4 person three month long projects, to 24 person indie teams.
